b. Account Creation: To access certain features of CHOC 360, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities carried out under your account.

c. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior while using CHOC 360. This includes but is not limited to, unauthorized access, data scraping, and any activity that violates our policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in CHOC 360, including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by Infivex IT Solutions Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of CHOC 360 without our prior written consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

CHOC 360 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Infivex IT Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CHOC 360.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CHOC 360 at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

1. Pricing Structure:

Our pricing is designed to be flexible and tailored to your needs. We offer a base price of $29.99 for 100 tickets. These 100 tickets are consumable within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that unused tickets will expire after the 30-day period. You will need to purchase another 100 tickets for $29.99 or choose from higher ticket bundles to continue enjoying CHOC 360’s benefits.

2. Payment Frequency:
All pricing plans, except for Custom Packages, require a monthly purchase of ticket bundles, depending on the chosen package.

3. Payment Method:
Payments can be made securely through our integrated payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.

4. Free Trial:
We offer a 30-day free trial period during which you can experience the full features of CHOC 360 without any charge. After the trial period, you will need to choose a subscription plan to continue using CHOC 360.

5. Custom Packages:
For medium-to-large businesses with specific needs, we offer custom packages that include tailored integrations and add-ons. Our sales team will work closely with you to understand your requirements and recommend integrations and add-ons that enhance your CHOC 360 experience.

6. Changes to Pricing:
We may adjust our pricing over time to reflect improvements and new features. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers well in advance.

7. Refund Policy:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for our CHOC 360 subscription services.

Free Trial Policy and Agreement

Welcome to the CHOC 360 Free Trial! This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our free trial offer. By participating in the free trial, you agree to abide by the terms stated below.

2. Free Trial Period:
The free trial period for CHOC 360 is 30 days from the date of sign-up. During this period, you’ll have access to all features and functionalities of the CHOC 360 Ticket Management System.

3. Eligibility:
The free trial is available to new users who have not previously subscribed to CHOC 360. Only one free trial is available per business or individual.

4. Usage Restrictions:

Any data you enter or upload during the free trial period will be retained only if you choose to continue with a paid subscription after the trial period. If you do not proceed with a paid subscription, your data may be deleted at the end of the trial.

6. Subscription Activation:
To continue using CHOC 360 after the free trial, you must select a subscription plan and provide payment information before the trial expires. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your access to CHOC 360 at the end of the trial period.
